MightyWords Joins With Amazon

The Mighty Network just got even mightier after entering into a deal with Amazon.com. MightyWords, part of The Mighty Network and leading distributor of eBooks, will now be extending its distribution of eBooks to Amazon.com. By the end of the quarter, MightyWords hopes to be selling its entire library of eBooks through Amazon.

Our vision of a network of MightyWords distribution partners gains further momentum with the inclusion of the world's largest online retailer", said Chris MacAskill, CEO of MightyWords.
Through a seperate agreement between MightyWords and Lightning Source Inc., a subsidiary of Ingram Industries Inc., MightyWords will use the digital fulfillment services of Lightning Source to deliver MightyWords' printable titles as eBooks in the Acrobat eBook Reader to Amazon customers.
Lightning Source is the preferred and primary eBook fulfillment provider for Amazon.com. "Lightning Sources collaboration with Amazon.com is a significant step in the development of the eBook market," said Lightning Source President and CEO Ed Marino.
